INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
6-PAC SERIES
Our sessions are thoughtfully designed to build on each other, deepening your experience with each one. We understand life can be busy, so if you can’t attend them all, don’t worry. You can choose one or more and still gain a lot from the workshop.

PREPARATION
Plan two hours of undisturbed time per session. Bring water, a pen and journal for notes, and layers for comfort. Sun and rain protection if needed. Plan to arrive and get settled before our start time; due to the nature of our focused work, please leave children and dogs safely at home.
